IN STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All regularly priced items purchased in store can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of the purchase date.
(This excludes all accessories including jewelry, bags, undergarments, hair accessories, swimwear along with sale items)
SALE items are final sale.
Tags must be attached along with original receipt for exchange or store credit

WEB/PHONE ORDERS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, please send it back to us for refund or exchange.
Charlie and Sam will only accept web/phone order returns within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. Once inspected the proper refund will be applied to your credit card. Charlie and Sam reserves the right to refuse refund if items are not in sellable condition according to our return policy.
**Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All accessories including jewelry, bags, undergarments, hair accessories, swimwear and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Returns must be sent prepaid via trackable carrier and insured to the full purchase amount to be eligible for refund. Please include a note explaining reason for return. We are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages. We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM
Although we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock listed on our site, sometimes we sell out of certain items. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and issue the appropriate refund.
